1. If you can't see the device you've got a problem with, that means, it's not one of our major repairs. But, it doesn't mean that we can't help you.

In this case, you can diagnose your electronics for £30, or, book it in on our main website and specify what you want to fix. Keep in mind that the item value matters. Better call or chat if you're not sure before booking.

2. Once booked in our system, you should get a confirmation email with the booking ID. This ID is a MUST when you drop off, pick up your device, mail it in, or inquire about it. We have over 100 jobs here and don't want to mix them up. Please DO NOT share it with anyone as otherwise, we can't guarantee that your device will go back to you. In this case, we do not take any responsibility for the loss.

3. Once booked in and you have your booking ID, you can use this booking ID to book a visit HERE or contact us if you plan to drop it off. If you're mailing in, contact information and the address is on our website HERE. If you'll change your mind, or can't make it, please let us know so we can cancel it or reschedule it for you.

3. If we can't diagnose the fault quickly, we won't charge you extra for it. If we will decide to spend extra time, it will be on us.

If the screen/LCD panel is damaged/cracked, or was thrown something at, most of the time is not worth replacing it. The manufacturer buys them in bulk. If we buy a single unit we have to pay a premium price which makes the repair cost above the value of the TV. If it's a Sony or LG from 50" to 65", we can buy it from you. The rest have no value.

The backlight problem.

If you are 100% sure about the backlight fault and the power supply section of the backlight has survived, the prices are up 40" TVs £80-£90, up to 50" £90-110, up to 60" £120-140, over depends on the size, brand, model, but can go up to £200. These are the average prices our customers are paying.

If you have a Samsung TV, you can have as well a melted diffuser which is an additional cost if we can buy it from £50-100. Not always we can. These TVs have models where it's a common problem.

The backlight replacement involves risk. We do not guarantee a successful repair. We will spend for real up to or above 2 hours of work and have to buy a backlight which we can't return, but we can't pay the risk if that will be the case.

  • HDMI port (where you connect your TV) problems in Playstation and Xbox:
    • Xbox Series S/X, and PS5 - HDMI port repl. £60 3-5 working days. High priority 1-2 days £90.
    • Xbox One S/X, and PS4 - HDMI port repl. £45 3-5 working days. High priority 1-2 days £65.
    • Xbox One/360, and PS3 - HDMI port repl. £40 3-5 working days. No high priority most of the time.
  • If the surface under the port on the mainboard is damaged, we will first contact you, and ask if you want to fix it. That takes 1-2h more most of the time. And we won't know until we will open it. Book it in HERE.
  • Other problems in Playstation and Xbox:
    • No power.
    • Physical damage.
    • Anything else.
  • In this situation, please book it in HERE for the diagnosis and estimate which is £30 if we can diagnose it within 3-5 days and £50 1-2 days. Members £10 off so £40.

    • USB C - charging port problem. 3-5 working days it is £40, 1-2 days is £60.
    • No power - needs diagnosis.
    • Problem with picture, audio, game or microSD cards, joycons, other problems.

  • Any other game consoles:
    • Vintage.
    • From a different country.
    • Steamdeck.
    • VR or mixed reality.

Examples of our prices:.

1. Xbox, Playstation & Nintendo gamepads - stick-drift standard fix. This is just a replacement of two potentiometers and we do it with regular priority 3-5 working days for £25, or high priority £40 which is most of the time up to 1 or 2 days.

2. Xbox & Playstation gamepads - stick-drift Hall effect fix. This is a full analogue joystick replacement which works on a magnetic field and should not have wear and tear anymore. So, the fix should be permanent. It takes us up to half an hour more, plus the cost of the joystick and stick-drift module, plus callibration in it. We do it with regular priority 3-5 working days for £40, or high priority £60 which is most of the time up to 1 or 2 days. Members have it cheaper with £10 discount for high priority.
